Dionysios Koulouris is a Research Engineer and PhD Candidate at University of Piraeus, Department of Digital Systems under the supervision of Prof. Ilias Maglogiannis. His scientific interests focus on remote patient support and improving quality of life through advanced human-machine interaction technologies. This is achieved through research and development in the fields of Extended Reality (Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality), Distributed Systems, Mobile and Edge Computing, Computer Vision and Internet of Things. Dionysios Koulouris is an active member of the Computational Biomedicine Laboratory (CBML).
